Reliable and consistent operation of processes involving particulate solids depends critically on understanding powder behaviour through the characterisation of its chemical, physical and mechanical properties, and their interactions with process equipment. In this workshop, leading experts in the field outline the latest advances in the field. The workshop provides a forum for addressing basic principles as well as discussing the state-of-the art techniques and latest developments.
Take this opportunity to network with people working in the field. Reconnect and make new friends!
We have experts coming from both academia and industry worldwide, giving you the most up-to-date information about powder technology from every perspectives.
Been having doubts about certain aspect of the talks? There will be discussion sessions for you to speak to the experts and seek your answers!
Not in the position to travel? We got you covered! Our workshop can be attended both in-person and online via MS Teams. You can join the workhop in the comfort of your own place.
The workshop is tailored for scientists, engineers and technologists who wish to keep abreast of the developments and gain a better understanding of characteristics of powders and grains with the purpose of addressing handling, processing and manufacturing issues from a fundamental basis.
There will be a chance for the participants to bring along and showcase their research work in the form of poster presentation. A dedicated session for this will be arranged on the first day of the workshop. If you are a student and are attending the workshop in person, you will automatically be enrolled in the poster competition.
There will be prizes!
